This research aims to determine the difference between the science generic skills of students that using structured inquiry learning models with students that using guided inquiry learning models. The research was conducted in SMAN 74 Jakarta in grade XI. The method that used is quasi-experiment by using purposive sampling technique. These samples included 32 people for each experiment class I and experiment class II. Science generic skills of students that using guided inquiry learning models is better than students that using structured inquiry learning models. Percentage achievement of science generic skills in the experiment class I is 69.7% moderate criteria and the experiment class II is 74.37% moderate criteria. In the experiment class I, the highest percentage of science generic skills acquired by building concepts aspect with 98.44% and the lowest percentage acquired by causation aspect with 44.53%, while the experiment class II get the highest percentage of science generic skills acquired by building concepts aspect with 82.81%, and the lowest percentage acquired by causation aspect with 50.78%.
